Doc can say they can't use KG not playing as an excuse for losing, but even he has to realize how different the team is without him, especially defensively. There's no way the Cavs abuse us that much with KG in the lineup. I'm encouraged we can compete without him, but they're not the dominant Celtics we're used to. And I agree with mqtcelticsfan above. Powe should have played more. We were getting killed on the boards, and Powe is one of our best rebounders. He grabbed 2 boards in 8 minutes. Scal grabbed 1 in 18 minutes. I still don't get Doc's love affair with Scal. Yes, this was his best performance filling in for KG so far, but it still wasn't very good.
