So your saying that as of February 10, 2006, that UNC team with Hansborough as a key freshment (but with two KEY UPPERCLASSMEN in Noel and Terry) were not underachieving?

Boeheim is too good of a coach for that excuse to work. Its not like their starting lineup is made up of solely freshmen[/quote]
Harris and Onauku are the only other experience players in the lineup. (and Onauka averaged 3 points a game as a frosh, or in that area).
IMO, the injuries and lack of depth are a valid reason to lower there expectations.... I'm not a big depth guy... I think if you play a rotation of seven players it is quite fine... but you need seven healthy and capable players.... when you can't even rest a gassed Flynn for a minute or two, because of fear of playing the seventh guy, then depth is a problem.
The UNC team with Noel and Terry is not a good comparison. they had much more experience, and could also go 8 deep with scholarship players (and did)
