Re: GT: Dallas @ New Jersey 6:00 pm

I think it's a combination of Kristic being back, Sean's talent, and VC's recent aggressiveness that changes the outlook of our team. Kidd hasn't changed a bit. It looks like it because no one on our team were matching his level of play and his intesity (other than RJ). Now that VC is starting to look healthy, you can see the ways how Kidd makes everything easier. Likewise for VC's play.

I state Kristic being a factor becase his height and stength (along with his smarts) allows us to have a bigman capable of getting a rebound. No more small ball crap that Frank puts out where teams destroy us in boards. Mags and Collins would have had a similar impact. It's just that Frank puts guys like Allen, Boki, and Wright alongside with them in the post.

I also gotta credit Sean. I don't have to explain his impact, because it should be self-explanatory. That said, I would like to see Swift starting at PF by the time we get to the playoffs. I actually wanted Swift over Rahim 2 years ago. He just fits well with Kidd. He's not the man-to-man Dfensive stud like Kmart, but he can block shots, rebound, and finish strong. We just really need that kind of toughness downlow. In fact, I think Swift can make more of an impact now over Boone and Sean. Boone is a great hustle player, but he still has trouble catching the ball and timing his rebounds. I love the kid, but he still needs time. Always been a fan of SWAT but he still needs more experience. Swift is somewhat of a combination of the two, but he's more experienced. He can catch the ball, battle for position, and make quicker decisions. I just hope that when he gets a chance, that he will recognize a team game and that he's playing with the Big 3.
