Re: Granger vs Outlaw
Well, for starters, eventhough Outlaw's 3pt% is about the same as Grangers, Outlaw has only made 23 3's this season compare to Granger's 97 3's. you should mention this stat because Outlaw isn't really a 3pt shooter but Granger is.
I have actually seen more of Outlaw this season than I have of Granger. But going on what I've saw out of the both of them, Granger is pretty much better in every aspect of the game with the exception of athleticism. Granger has better ball-handling, wider array of scoring moves both inside and from the perimeter, and a better defender. Granger also appears to have more size than his listed 228 lbs, he looks closer to 240 if he's indeed around 6-9. Also as someone has mentioned, Granger is like a model citizen for the Pacers. For a team on the rise like the Blazers, it's understandable that they want to pack as many good character guys as possible.
