I think Dallas can finish as a top 4 seed, so they're not a darkhorse in my eyes. And I sort of feel the same way about Phoenix. Though both the Mavs and Suns will be hard to predict over the next ~ 30+ games since no one has seen them with their new superstars.
That said, Houston would be my bet too. They play far too consistent defensively not to be a challenge in the playoffs for most higher seeded Western teams, assuming they're healthy (which is always iffy).
