Sacromento's GM tried to sabotage us?

Taken from RCF from wine and gold ( a cavs internal scout) in response to why we didn't make a move earlier

Bottlenecks due to sequential task performance ...I think that's the explanation in management dialogue. Basically, we had opportunties that we sought out and tried to get done ...in some of those instances we came in a close second, in others we wrere sabotaged by another GM, who I actually believe tried at the lst second to sabotage what we had going with Chicago and Seattle ...why, ? Don't know other than to say I think he's got mental issues ... (hint: Sacramento)

But, why we didn't get pieces that would have been easy to fill earlier had me mystified as well ...I thought it would have been relatively simple to improve our point guard situation much earlier ..even last season ....but, for whatever reasons they decided to be patient and wait it out for the right time and place, and ultimately, I think by keeping their options open and using greater patience than I could have sustained, they found the best alternative longterm with this last move.

But, this poast offseason we basically were on hold waiting to have the Sasha and AVsituations play out before moving onto the next items on the aagenda list. Last year, I think we thought we had the Bibby deal ready and waiting to happen, but, we were dealing with a guy that kept changing the parameters every day ..with each game, he had another thought process ...and Ferry became utterly frustrated and confused by the negotiation. Ultimately, they got the worst deal they could have gotten because of the GM's ineptitude ... I think he was bitter that we wouldn't open into new negotiations with him this season, or at least serious talks, and tried to play some dirty games late in the process with the trade we had put together ...
