One thing I wouldn't do is extend his contract beyond what it is now. And I would bet he's got some value in this league. Until you actually see Jack every game, I bet teams value him as a nice backup combo guard whose contract is pretty cheap at $2 mil.

If I had a choice, I'd try to bring in a better, more consistent guard who would accept a reserve role and try to get the best offer you can for Jack.
