While that's true I was going more for the fact he will have almost everybody retruning next year at Siena. if he were to have a similar run next year he could put himself in the running for a slightly better job. I honestly wouldn't mind him replacing Brey though
I agree though if he recruits well in NYC he can win at Providence. That's a big if though.
