I agree Syracuse is a more talented team but its pretty obvious who was a better coach. You guys were impressive and I'm not trying to sound like sour grapes but the main reason you won was due to JB's game strategy. Jim Boeheim is quickly becoming an embarrassment and the laughing stock of the coaching community.

I don't care how short handed you are, when you sit in a zone when a team starts shooting lights out at the end of a game you are in fact not a very smart person. Even a stubborn person has a breaking point, I'm starting to wonder if Jim is just not very smart, how can I not wonder? The only way team can come back is from shooting three pointers, so why not try to pressure their guards and make them drive by us and just have Donte and Rick Jackson try and block shots? Have we ever set any guards up to draw charges? Paul Harris could have slide over to draw charges on MTM with Jonny's on the ball pressure. The fact is any coach I have seen all year would have made an adjustment and tried something. Our coach tries nothing and we lose because of it. It is no longer debatable.

Anyway great game and an ever better comeback. I'd rather root for UMASS than SU this season, you fought hard and you never gave up. You also aren't a bunch of show offs. You came in and beat us and I'll even agree you are a better team. The only reason I think you are better is because our coach is either an idiot or just the most stubborn egotistical man I have ever seen.

We are a bunch of showoffs with a terrible coach. Yes Jim Boeheim is an average coach at best. He's a great recruiter and we have great facilities but he needs to step down within 3 years to save our program.
