although this brings up a point...they have replay now and this video proves that a shot can be made in 0.3 seconds. If the rule is that only a tip can happen at 0.3 but the replay shows that the shot was out of his hands before the buzzer and before the light goes off then are they still going to not count it even though there's irrefutable proof that it was off in time?

also, i agree with the other post about fisher's shot. doesn't make sense to me that under the rules, a player can't get a shot off in 0.3 but another player can catch, turn and shoot with only 0.1 seconds extra added on.

maybe the NBA will start using a 2nd shot clock used only in conjunction with replays. There's a human element that goes into starting a normal shot clock but on a slowed down replay, you can be a little more accurate if you use a 2nd clock that starts precisely when it is caught.
