Cats' 2008 Salary cap situation and offseason talk
I'm taking the information in this table from hoopshype.com and I'm not sure that it's accurate. Obvious big thing is that Okafor and his agents have given every indication that they expect to get a huge contract.Personally I'd let him play for the QO or work out a Sign & Trade before I'd give him anything close to a MAX deal.10-12 million per season is what he's worth and there's no reason to pay him more. From ESPN our other FA's.I'd guess we will want to keep Boykins if we can't find a better option.Hollins and Davidson will be cheap and we'll have plenty of roster spaces assuming that there are no drastic moves.
