What's with Condo living? For $850,000 you get a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom downtown condo with maybe one parking spot. For that same price you can get a newer McMansion on a nice sized lot in West Linn or Lake O.
Condos you're obviously closer to everything but you really don't get what you pay for.
