Porter had a .500 season and a sub .500 season in his two years as bucks coach, considering he had only been an assistant for one year prior to that he was lucky to have even been in consideration. If he wasnt from Milwaukee he would have never gotten the shot. Skiles has taken two different teams to the playoffs, he is a much more qualified candidate than porter is.
