I think he has a higher basketball IQ than Bargnani, that is one of his biggest strenghts. This is also why I would take him over Green or Budinger, neither of those two is a safe bet right now. Gallinari might not have the biggest upside, but I expect him to have very little downside since he is already polished and proven that he can play on a highly competitive level.

Like you said 5-7 is a bit of a stretch considering the quality of the other prospects, 10-14 sounds reasonable though.
