Walsh decision on Marbury

Marbury is a complicated decision for Walsh to make, and for Knick fans to make. Especially with an ending contract of $21 million.

With the right head coach and coaching staff the Knicks could've build their team around their young players starting with "Nate, Collins, Balkman, and Lee". Some may say who will be the scorer? Phil Jackson winning philosophy is you need a "Team-Structure" before you add a creative scorer. So far this has worked for coach Byron Scott, coach Eddie Jordan, coach Sloan, coach Pop, and coach Stan Van Gundy. This way when your scorers are injured and hurt your team strutcture prevails for the win.

The Knicks young players has yet to be given a task or be designed into any role-play in the Knicks playbook. Their NBA performance has been based on their hustle play and creative skillz with out any proper coaching from the organization.

As for Marbury or Starbury he is an individual player whom NBA career has no team concept, his overall performance has stopped team chemistry on each team he has played on.
Has he change? will he be a bad influence in the lockerroom for another rookie? will he take his PG-skillz and exploit each of the different young players offensive talents in practice?

However, the most important question on Marbury is how well has Marbury and the Knicks coaching staff worked on the co-existing of Marbury and the veteran teammates that was selected for "Starbury" to co-exist with by Isiah?
SF-Tim Thomas, C/F-Nzar, SG-Crawford, PF-Mo Taylor, F-Malik, SF-Q.Richardson, C-James, C-Curry, PF-Davis, SF-Jalen, SG-Francis, SF-Jefferies, PF-Zach, SG-Jones.

Like I said, Marbury is a complicated decision for Walsh to make, and for Knick fans to make.
