We need to upgrade PG. Everything else is fine, but PG has to improve. And we can't improve if we don't trade something. It's not that I WANT to jettison Outlaw/Webster/Przybilla/Jack or any other player, but you need to give to get. KP is one hell of an evaluator and I trust that he will be able to find a young PG to go after. The fact is, we don't have enough minutes for all the players we have right now, so why not consolidate a little while we upgrade the PG spot. Having a talented 12th man is not really useful. And it's not like we really need to be bringing along new projects since we are already so young. In a couple years we can start to look at finding more draftees, but right now we should look for players who have been in the league between 1 and 5 years, still young and growing, but already adjusting and proving themselves in the NBA. Personally I think we should make a run at Harris, Calderon and Barbosa and see if one of them can be landed. If not, then see what else is available.
