I think Scott deserves it. Doc River on the other hand, I have some doubts. If I have Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Ray Allen on my team, I can be a very "good" coach. My team will win. With that kind of talents, everyone can be a "good" coach by the NBA definition.
