IMHO, Philly would be insane to trade Miller. He plays the same role for them that Pippen did when Cheeks first coached in Portland. With Pippen, Cheeks had a play-off team. Once he was gone, we found out Cheeks couldn't actually coach!

Back to the original subject: Raef's contract is only an asset to a team that is in tear down mode and is desperate for cap space. We may not know who that is until the trade deadline. It is easier to blow a team up in the middle of a bad season then it is to blow it up before the season even begins. The latter approach tends to turn fans into empty seats.
