What puzzled me for two years was Nate's treatment of Sergio in comparison to Jack. Nate has the shortest leash for Sergio when it comes to him making mistakes but when it comes to Jack, the leash is long enough to hang the entire team with his crucial mistakes. Time after time and turnover after turnover, Jack has been given ample time to prove himself. Yet, Nate refuse to give Sergio the same benefit for ANY reasonable stretch in the past two seasons.

The only way to effectively evaluate a player is give him enough time to prove himself. Sergio may turn out to be a bust but we will never know it if we don't play him. I can tell you one thing ...Sergio's potential as a point guard is A LOT HIGHER than that of Jack's.

I would be mad too if I was in Sergio's shoes.
