I guess your point is he has all-around abilities/potential, and if he came in with the right attitude (do whatever it takes to win), got back to his defensive intensity, kept working on his 3 pt shot, and continued with his excellent scoring ability, he could be an incredible addition to the team. I agree.
I just don't think he is available.

it is kinda embarrasing (i'm a moron at spelling) i have not been able to watch more than 20 games during regular season, but i have watched all the playoff games against cavs, and i think by far butler is the best man-to-man defender, of course he ain't gonna stop lebron or kobe (who is?) but he can contain them long enough for the double-team to arrive, and that is indeed good, his 3 point shooting is a bit too streaky, but i think some off-season work on it would make it decent enough for defenders not to back to much off him nor leave him open..
