for
Outlaw, Przybilla and Raef (expiring) and #13pick

they get an upgrade to their starting lineup at C with a tough defensive center and Outlaw would be a big upgrade starter at SF. Plus they save a little money and get the #13.
This is a very solid offer for Calderon in my opinion. If they make the deal and either trade up to draft Eric Gordon/Westbrook or even Batum, or they keep their picks and draft Mcgee and SG (Maybe Budinger), the team will look something like:

Scenario 1:

Przybilla/Bargnani/Brezec
Bosh/Bargnani/Humphires
Outlaw/Moon/Delfino
Parker/Gordon/Kapono
Ford/Gordon/Some PG, maybe Roko Ukic

Scenario 2:

Przybilla/Mcgee
Bosh/Bargnani/Humphries
Outlaw/Moon/Delfino
Parker/Budinger/Kapono
Ford/Some backup PG.

Not that bad at all. The Raptors can trade Kapono along with Joey Graham and Garbajosa to get some backup PG help. This team is a lot better than the one right now.
