1. Good at first. I never liked how Tinsley wasn't given any freedom to run the offense, but we were winning, so I was fine with it. The constant JO and Artest isolations which you're going to see with Dirk and Howard are going to be annoying, and Kidd might not have much of a role in the offense. Anyway, it was working until the players just became tired of his stubborn, controlling, stagnant offense, and lost respect for him.

3. Yeh. We were running during his last season here, just not that much. It was more than usual, though. He didn't like it, and his strategy of micromanaging to find the best shot just leaves teams with panicked shot-clock beating 3-pointers.
