I was into the original. The topic has been beaten into the ground so many times, but I'm with you in the idea that it's frustrating that remakes for the most part generally get butchered.Obviously there are exceptions, but such is the case more often than not. Its funny that people find subtitles so off putting that hollywood feels the need to spend hundreds of millions to remake already proven films. I never understood why people find foriegn flicks so difficult? Recently I tried putting all my friends up on "A Prophet", but because it's not in English the reaction from most was "Oh that sounds hot. Wait, it's in french? **** that." Crazy.

None the less I'll give the remake a shot when it hits theaters.
