How exactly do you treat your laptop that's different from the thousands if not 10s of thousands of people that participated in these surveys? Do you juggle them while you facebook? Or do you try to game while scuba diving? Laptops are more or less used the same way and unless you plan on using it in a way that nobody else uses it, you will probably experience what the people in the survey experiences.
And nobody is saying that Asus laptops don't need repairs. I'm only saying that theres a less chance that you will need to repair an Asus laptop vs. an HP laptop at least in the first 3 years. Laptops aren't meant to last forever because they aren't meant to be used forever. You will need to upgrade your system every 3 if not 4-5 years so there is a good chance that you won't need to repair your laptop until it becomes severely outdated.

Think. You are telling me your routine is exactly the same as 30,000 other people.

Both Diable and Pimped Out pointed out the quality of Asus parts. Computer parts can also be called components.
