If you enjoy college basketball, do yourself a favor and tune into Indiana/Wisconsin on ESPN.

UVM offered Jordan Hulls from Indiana but he outplayed John Wall in an AAU game and blew up. He had offers from Toledo, Evansville, Western Michigan then it became Indiana, Purdue, Stanford, and Duke was interested.

Anyways, he's a real fun player to watch.

I thought Indiana was exposed during their loss to Butler. Quite frankly I am surprised they are still #2. That being said they are one of the teams I need to win the whole thing.

As an aside did anybody see the end of the Duke/NC State game? There was a fan near the baseline in a wheelchair. When the fans rushed the court he kind of got lost. Then you see a NC State player carrying him and the guy going crazy. Pretty cool.

Anyone else have a problem with how they ranked the 1 loss teams. You look at Duke who has the best resume by far. The knock on them is they have an injured player but the ranking shouldnt go by who you are but what you have done. IF a team goes undefeated but loses it two best players at the end of the season you wouldn't drop them in ranking for not being healthy. People also knock them for winning those big games in nov/dec. If there is no advantage to playing great teams early than why even schedule them. Teams like IU and Louisville get rewarded for playing easy games.

When the rankings go by who have you beaten recently you will continue to see teams schedule cupcakes early. The fans want those great games early in the year.

And teams like Indiana and Louisville can drop games in conference because in most cases they are going up against very strong opponents.

Duke won't face a test the rest of the regular season until it plays NC State again. The ACC is basically a bunch of mid-majors this year, think about that for a second.

It was critical that the ACC raided the Big East, because as a basketball conference outside of Duke/UNC (who is real weak this season) the ACC basketball brand was on its way to becoming pretty awful.

Agreed...hell, look at the Big Ten this year. Indiana, Michigan, Ohio State, Minnesota have been in & out of the Top 10 all year, Illinois & Michigan State are Top 20 & very good and then last night Wisconsin showed they belong in the Top 20 as well by winning in Bloomington. Even though Purdue has regressed, they still beat Illinois & almost beat Ohio State. Iowa, N'western, Nebraska and Penn State are still bottom feeders but the top is really, really good!

And it is amazing how much the ACC dropped...Wake Forest needs to realize Tim Duncan is NOT walking through that door. GA Tech has dropped hard, FSU struggling big time this year, Virginia trying to get back, Maryland is ok, Miami has never really been great...don't even need to really say anything about the disasters that are VA Tech & Boston College...the whole league just isn't that good this year.
