For the men, the most notable was del Potro being eliminated early.

I'll usually follow this closely but I'm a Nadal fan, which has made it tough to watch.

Well, Djokovic beat Murray in 4 sets. Third straight Australian Open victory.

When's Nadal supposed to be back?

No idea. Heard his knee was almost better but then he caught some virus and that's why he missed this Slam?

There's a pretty long break between now and the next Slam though, so hopefully he's back by then.

Yeah, the French open is a long ways away. That sucks.

I followed it - and then watched the final. I know it was predominantly because Murray was hurt - but by the time we got halfway into the second set? It got REALLY boring.
