Re: Albany/Duke on ESPN2 at 7
Man Connelly is having a GREAT...GREAT game. He has been on fire as of late. He is going to be a tough AE matchup.
Al Turley had a sick spin move and hook that did not go in. |

Re: Albany/Duke on ESPN2 at 7
Honestly...Duke is one of the top 5 shooting teams I have seen in years. Albany gets to within 23...boom...Paulus. It is unfreaking real.
If Albany plays with this intensity in the AE...I am not too worried. This is the best intensity we have played with all freaking year. |

Re: Albany/Duke on ESPN2 at 7
Duke can shoot the basketball. Albany is looking good and making it respectable though. Scheyer has an unbelievable shot. Singler will be one of those Duke guys that will play 4 years and put up monster numbers collegiately.
Paulus is looking very good, he went from being one of the most overrated players in years, to the guy that brought the ball up for Duke and passed it off to the 4 guys better than him, to a real offensive threat this year. Still hate Duke. Here's a video of Paulus doing what he does best: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqPBJ_6y_5A

Zoubek and Connelly grew up a town over from each other. Audubon, NJ and Haddonfield, NJ.
I bet Connelly batteled Zoubek in HS.

Re: Albany/Duke on ESPN2 at 7
In the begining of the game he looked like he had no business being in the ACC....stone hands and all. They are feeding him the ball and he looked atrocious on his last move against Turley. Shot a brick. In the ACC or in the tourney, he'll be mince meat.

Ambrose is having a great game. How is he not playing 30+ minutes a game again?

Nice to see ALL the Duke players really given Ambrose a hand during the lineup of handshakes. Kid earned respect from all....but probably the most from Coach. Watching him teach Timmy after he subbed him out was great.

I get bringing someone along slowly, but you have to play that kid. Well, that was fun. It's all about the experience.
