Vermont is one of many schools that offered 6'9'' 225lb Jonathan Arledge out of DC. Looks like a long-shot as he has some high-major offers mixed in with the usual suspects.
Binghamton has offers out to Rakeem Brookins and Karim Rowson.
Brookins is a 5'11" PG/SG from Philly. He plays his scholastic ball with Roman Catholic and AAU with Positive Image. Other offers are from Boston U., Brown, Delaware, George Mason, Hampton, James Madison, LaSalle, Niagara, Penn, Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth, and Western Kentucky.
Rowson is a 6'5" G/F from NYC. Courtesy of Northstar Basketball: "There was really one player out of all of those who shined the brightest, and it was Karim Rowson. The Big Apple baller can really play. A6’5 wing, Rowson makes getting to the hole looks simple. In addition, he can shoot the rock, and is a deadly offensive player. Rowson is one of those true tough New York players who plays the game with passion and intensity."
That write-up was based off a showing at the Hoop Group Elite Camp.
Other interested schools include from Providence, Hofstra, and Manhattan (offer).

Drunkidiot, what an appropriate name based on your comments on Hyland.
MBR2- It was an inside joke.
If you want to get the joke run a search on this board of any player NERR reported was offered by NU and ended up going anywhere lower then the ACC.
No slight was meant towards Mr. Laurent Rivard, I'm sure he is an excellent player.
I'm sure your boy Hyland is great too.
And in conclusion.....When you say something like "comments" it would insinuate I made more than one comment which would be highly inaccurate because I in fact only made one comment.

Over on DiehardDogs.com, one of our posters indicated the NMH coach tweeted that Laurent Rivard is making unofficials this week to UVM, Holy Cross and NU.

What are the NCAA regulations for coaches "tweeting" about recruits? Coaches being on Twitter just seems like a disaster waiting to happen -- but maybe I'm just an old fart who doesn't get it?

I know that they aren't allowed to talk about their recruits to the media, so if the NCAA hasn't come out and said that coaches can't tweet about it yet, then its only a matter of time. I remember there was this big brouhaha about Lane Kiffin tweeting about a recruit this summer, but he hasn't been punished for it.
