No one wrote off Clark after one exhibition game. Hence your not going to see Apfeld written off. Apfeld is also coming off 2 horrific knee injuries so he's going to get more rope then Clark did.
Clark really would have been fine if he had accepted the fact that he's a face up 4 man and not a 3. He just doesn't have the first step to be a legit wingman.

So clearly, one person did write him off (in the green/gold game no less).
I agree 110% percent with your assesment of Clarke's true position on the court.
That said, I went long on Trapani when everyone but me said he was going to be a bust for BC, and I'm also going to go long on Clarke. I think that 20+ D1 coaches (which includes the UVM coaching staff) and now the coaching staff at Drake probably know a bit more about talent than a bunch of yahoos on a message board (myself included ) I have a feeling when he makes his debut for Drake we are going to be wishing he was helping our side out. But we shall see....

Please, no need to be delusional. No way Clarke starts over Gibbs, Radar or Dane last year. NO WAY. He is and way all hype. That is it. He did NOTHING on the court to prove otherwise. Your basing these assumptions off of an imaginary player that you simply made up in your head.
Fast, don't be mad at me because Clarke would've started for UNH last year.

This accusation should be deleted either by the poster or the moderator. I am not nor have I ever been a player on the BU basketball team. I would not post on this message board if I was. There really is no place for this type of accusation.
The rest of your post isn't worth responding to, I'm sure we could go back and forth about who were the better recruits. I used to think of you as a respectable poster who would be man enough to admit you were wrong, I guess I overestimated you.

jeffniemann99, why so serious?
No- I'm sorry I questioned you as maybe being Matt Wolff. You're right- there's no place for that. I didn't really mean it, it was more of a joke (should've put in a smiley). I take it back.
The rest of my post was fantastic- you made a claim and I disagreed with you and also provided evidence and fact to prove you wrong. That's typically how it works when you disagree with someone, or you can choose not to go back and forth and just end it with some distasteful remark like you've done here. I honestly really don't care enough about the subject to continue on either way.
I would admit I was wrong if I believed I was wrong. I truly hope that's good enough for you and your standards.

I think Clarke could have possibly started on this years Bingo team....
Not so sure about that...
If there's one thing the Bearcats are not lacking, it's big bodies. Sutton is better than Clarke and the odds are decent that one of Talley, Johnston, Pina and Wright is better than him too.

HAHA....good call!
