Rony Tchatchoua is coming off the bench and not making much of an impact at Grand Canyon University. In their most recent win against Cal State-Dominguez Hills, he had 2 points and 1 assist in 9 minutes.

I'm surprised he's not a top player there.

If you look at his picture though on the Illinois-Chicago website, the kid is absolutely humongous. He literally looked nothing like that and at least half that size when he was at UVM.

Talk about a transformation.

Edit: He was listed at 245lbs when he was at UVM and is now 270

This may have been posted (if it has I missed it) but Goodman is reporting Genesis Maciel has transferred from Hartford. He only played in 2 games this season. That's unfortunate- based on what I saw last year I thought he was going to be one of Hartford's better players.

Wow, that's disappointing. He wasn't a bad player. Could have been a real nice secondary player. Hadn't seen anything on the boards but D.J. Rivera is also on the list. Interesting to see where he ends up. Corey Chandler is also listed.

Goodman has Chandler and Rivera's classes reversed- Chandler will be a Jr. and Rivera a Sr.

It will be interesting to see if Rivera ends up somewhere for a year- I'm guessing he does, given the nature of college basketball.

McBride hasn't played a minute since early December for South Carolina State. Still listed on the roster, but can't find anything that says he's injured or what the story is.

Trifunovic averaging nearly a double-double for Radford -- 13.9 ppg and 8.5 rpg -- but the Highlanders have been a disappointment at 17-11.

Not sure if this got posted already in a different thread, but as speculated I think by some according to the Herald BJ Bailey did transfer to Lehigh.

It's my understanding that DJ Riveria remains enrolled and in good academic standing at Binghamton University where he plans to graduate in June.
