Yup, Tiki was at Late Nite Madness. He was sitting with his fiance(?) away from everyone else.
During player intros, the players and coaches had t-shirts that they were to throw into the stands to the fans. About half of them, including Mark Macon, threw the shirts directly to Tiki to show support (and subsequently direct all eyes towards Tiki, though I guarantee 80% of the people in attendance couldn't tell it was Tiki).

Yeah at first I was wondering who that was. Then I saw who it was and was shocked.

I noticed the shirt throwing too. WTF is up with that?!?! It was cool to see a team without any questionable guys, a LOT more fans than I expected (at least 2,000??? idk bad at those things)...and then half of them throw their shirts back there towards Mayben!??!
First, Tiki shouldn't be there, even if he does think he's innocent. Second, why would Macon throw his shirt back there? I thought the remaining people were clean and free from all this crap? If they're still in support of Tiki, who started this whole chain of events with his stupidity, idk...

Re: Midnight Madness Tonight?
Wow, clearly Mark Macon isn't the answer at Binghamton.
Whatever chance he had to keep the head coach job just went out the window with that stunt.

Re: Midnight Madness Tonight?
Just when things are starting to stablize for Bing, their "interm" HC pulls a stunt like that. That is a foolish move by Macon.

I wanted to go but I had tickets to see Ray LaMontagne and the BSO at Meyerhoff. I had no idea at the time that MM was last night.
Couldn't do both as much as I wanted to ... If it had started at midnight I would have been able to go but the 10:30 start made it impossible.
What did you think? I'm dying to know

Re: Midnight Madness Tonight?
All it was was a dunk competition, which wasn't that impressive. Gilliam won again, but the crowd didn't cheer that much because they seemed deflated after Smith, Jackson and Wasco couldn't hit one.

It was alright, but pretty lame compared to last year w/ DJ and Malik. It was Greer, Jabbi, Talley, and maybe Pina Guillaume (honestly can't even remember). Pretty basic stuff.
I was hoping somebody was gonna have Tiki throw an alley-oop from the stands where he was sitting... he was in a perfect position to do it.
The most impressive thing of the night was when Greer Wright's team (Greer + 2 women's players) hit all 6 shots in the shooting stars contest without missing. Never seen that done before. It was short shot from the block, 17 footers from behind the foul line and near the elbows, and threes from the top of the key and the right corner. They took 17 seconds!

Re: Midnight Madness Tonight?
At the Hartford Midnight Mania:
Frosh Ross Erickson from the men and Kacey Pratt from the women won the hot shot competition....shooting from different areas on the court and timed.
JUCO Milton Burton won the dunk competition.
Junior Amanda Weaver won the 3 point NBA shooting contest (this was a contest for the men and women's team combined. She also won it last year.
Frosh PG on the women's team Alex Hall won the skills competition which is a timed competion of free show shot and dribbling and passing into targets etc....this was also a competition thta was for men and women combined.
In the 3 member shooting challenge the winning team was Etses,Clayton Brothers and Fr Nikkia Smith on the women's team.
