Re: OBW Catch-All Thread
This is how I percieve them now - (I am not concerned about Ws & Ls right now). If someone asked me to project how the AE will finish
1. Stony Brook - Defense 2. Vermont - teamwork 3. BU - atleticism 4. Albany - not drinking the Kool Aid just yet - potential 5. Hartford - team work but young 6. UNH - tough physical, enigma 7. Maine - extremely talented BUT!!! 8. UMBC - talented could wind up much higher 9. Binghamton - going to knock off a FEW |

Re: OBW Catch-All Thread
My take:
1. Vermont - best all-around team!!!! 2. Albany - lots of talent 3. BU - dangerous - capable of upset 4. Stony Brook - never won and never will 5. Hartford - young but well coached 6. UNH - Could surprise with excellent guard play 7. Maine - Edwards is a monster but poorly coached 8. UMBC - need one more year 9. Binghamton - Total JUNK!!!! |

Re: OBW Catch-All Thread
At this point I'd say that no team is likely to run the table. There are just too many teams with the ability to win. There are no easy ones this year.
UA, UH, BU, SBU and UVM have all looked great in some games. UMO beat the crap out of Fisher College. Bing, UMBC and UNH have all shown promise. It's gonna be fun. |

Re: OBW Catch-All Thread
If people are talking about who is going to finish where at the end of the season I'd be fine with a bunch of answers. If we are talking about who has played the best now it would a whole nother thing. It's tough to tell if people are talking about now or conference play when listing teams.

Re: OBW Catch-All Thread
Their is not much separating them frankly. They are ahead because they have one bad performance and we have two very recent bad performances. I also think Warney is going to tear this conference's big's a new A-hole come conference season. Until O'day can stay out of foul trouble, we lack that go to interior scorer the flex thrives with.

Re: OBW Catch-All Thread
FFTS - your Fab 5 is tough to make, which is a good sign for the AE....
In 2 wins Iati goes for 40 points (20ppg) on 11-23 from the floor including 10-19 from three and 8 of 10 from the FT Line and only commits 1 turnover and he can't make it WOW! In the same two wins M Black goes for 39 on 11-24 shooting - with such poor numbers I wouldn't expect him to be there either. As I said if these guys are being out performed it's really a good sign for where the AE is headed. OBW keep up the good work!!! |
