UVM is going to have at minimum 6 scholarships for 2014, and Crawford is exactly the type of kid you bring in with upside in a big class like that.

Re: 2013 America East Recruiting Thread
According to NJ Hoops (a rivals site), Hartford and New Hampshire are among the teams showing interest in Peddie (Post Grad) combo guard DeAndre Noble-Haywood.
http://njhoops.rivals.com/content.as...6950&PT=4&PR=2 Last year at Paterson Eastside, Noble averaged 19.8 points and 7.2 rebounds and was named Third Team All-State by The Star-Ledger http://www.nj.com/hssports/blog/boys...w_2011-12.html |

Per his prep school Coach' Twitter feed, Maine, Stony Brook, and Hofstra were in recently to watch Chris Braley.

Re: 2013 America East Recruiting Thread
Kurt Steidl averaged 30 points a game in 3 wins last week to help his Ridgefield CT team to a 3-1 record on the year so far...

Re: 2013 America East Recruiting Thread
Thank you...
Kurt was just named player of the week for his exploits http://www.theridgefieldpress.com/12...r-of-the-week/ And had 19 points to go along with 14 rebounds in his teams latest win which brings them to 4-1 on the year http://www.theridgefieldpress.com/12...ld-hoop-teams/ Ridgefields one loss was against last years Champions St Joseph... And Kurt scored 26 http://www.newstimes.com/sports/arti...st-4113747.php The kid knows how to get the round thing through the other round thing for sure.... Hopefully it translates to college... What ive really enjoyed as I've followed him, is how excited he is to play at UVM.... Now if only Lee academy had more accessible stats..... I'm not sure how big of an impact he'll have as a freshman simply because he's going to have a lot of veterans in front o him, but I think he's potentially going to be a more athletic version of Matt Glass. Haven't heard much on Douse- I know he was injured at a tournament earlier this year and did not play. There are also 3-4 other D1 players in addition to Douse (Bah, Calixte, others) on his team so I think his stats are a bit more modest.

Re: 2013 America East Recruiting Thread
Potential walk-on Matt St. Amour scored 44 points in a 94-90 loss in Newport, Vermont against North Country the week after Thanksgiving. That is not a typo...a combined 184 points in a high school basketball game. A week later he had 45 points against the same team in a 72 - 50 something victory. I don't have his averages on the season but the team is better than expected and Matt is filling the stat sheet as expected. He's putting up big numbers for assists, rebounds, and points.

On paper Bing has a great recruiting class for 2013.

I'm pretty intrigued by Nick Madray- looking forward to seeing him play.
