Only 6 min for Blakely last night and no production. 2 games left- hopefully he can get to play in them and not get waived prior.

Clippers/Lakers tonight on NBA TV. Marqus still yet to be waived, so hopefully he can play.

Tough to do remotely anything in basketball in 6 or 7 minutes of playing time, especially when it's coming in 3-4 minute intervals but he needs to do whatever he can I guess with what he's given.

I watched until 3rd quarter- did not see him check in, but I was fighting falling asleep.

The thing that sucks is there's no doubt he's getting cut- but not appearing in all these pre-season games and getting an opportunity to show other teams what he can do is a killer. That said, I've seen a bunch of names getting waived of guys that have NBA experience, so it's still going to be hard.

Hopefully Clippers just bench all their regular players and Marqus can play meaningful minutes tonight.

In the immortal words of Dumb and Dumber, "So you're saying there's still a chance?!?". Hopefully he'll see some time tonight and can make an impact. Would have to be frustrating to be the last guy cut for the 2nd time in his career. But at the same time, maybe they're planning on giving him minutes tonight (otherwise why not just cut him like all the other guys?).

Yeah, looking like the last guy cut- again.

One thing that bodes will for the Clippers carrying 15 players is that both Grant Hill and Chauncey Billups are injured to start the season and Lamar Odom is severely out of shape, so at the very least I could see them not cutting him until official rosters are due to the league office on Monday so they have as many bodies as they can for practice over the next few days.

I do feel like he will get ample minutes tonight in Denver. At least I hope so.

Interesting that nobody really knows what the deal is with Leslie's contract. I've read places it became guaranteed on July 1st this year- but who knows. The Clippers are super cheap so I would be shocked to see them potentially eat Leslie's salary (if it's guaranteed) and then pay Marqus.

My thought exactly. Maybe they hate him enough to scratch him in the final minutes, or maybe they love him enough to get him some minutes and see what he can do. Though it seems like they already know what he can do.

Weather is going to be pretty ugly here in Colorado. I was going to have me and my friend wear Vermont Jerseys, but I don't feel like driving back to Colorado Springs in a snowstorm. I will be watching this one on TV though.

NBA.com might be wrong (I know they were earlier in the preseason) but their box score is claiming Leslie didn't dress while Marqus did.
