I think he does a great job marketing SBU (and himself), but posts like that one and some of his others is too much and overkill.

That last tweet though is something where if I were his boss I'd tell him to pump the brakes on that kind of stuff- because true or not (everyone knows it's true) he and SBU gain nothing from tweeting it.

When you can't tell the difference between your AD and an overzealous fan using social media- that's a problem.

AE football coming. Maine, UNH, Albany, SBU charter members. Affiliates are BC, UConn, URI, Cuse. Army mulling offer. UMass turned down, has opportunity in Sun Belt.

CCSU wanted in, but didn't get all sports invite, will have to settle for ACC.

Open offer to all AE teams to start a program, join league. UVM considering.
