Like I said before, in a snake draft there really should be an even number of rounds, but if hotdog and everyone else is OK with uvm4life20's suggestion, you could always just have people fill out their rosters to 8 by adding someone who is undrafted (first come, first served).

It doesnt matter if people add a free agent before or after conference play starts. You can add a player at any time. It makes no difference if you are dropping a player or not to add one.
