The ironic part about uvm4life20's post is that Herrion loves Chandler Rhoads. He played Rhoads almost 40 minutes per game last season (36.6mpg and let him take a million 3'd while shooting high 20%.)

Time for Herrion to go. I would have Chandler watch Brian Voelkel all day long til he learns how not to shoot.

Of course, UNH is going to beat us at least once this season because they are going to shoot 14-28 from 3 on that particular day we play them. Rhoads will probably have 5 of them.

Wow! One loss and now it is time to Fire Herrion? Come on! Was it a bad loss sure but if they bounce back and beat NJIT and HC then were 4-1 going into UConn. They are attempting to play a new system which does not just happen over night. THis is a deep physical UNH basketball team lets give it sometime.

Time for Herrion to go because he still thinks Roads should shoot 11 times a game. I just don't get why he is allowed to shoot. I've seen plenty of bad shooters pass the ball instead of shoot. Scotty Jones at the ft line all day wouldnt shoot. Voelkel passes up open 3's. Why doesnt Chandler pass?

While everyone is entitled to their opinions. Coach Herrion knows more about basketball then all of us on this board put together. It is one loss. If they bounce back like I think they will at NJIT and get a win at HC were 4-1. Give it time. It has taken Herrion and his coaching staff years to knock down and rebuild what is one of the worst basketball programs in the history of college basketball. I believe that he is right there about to take that step and with recruiting getting better this could be the beginning of good times in Durham.
