I'm a jinx. I tune in and uconn hits two threes in 30 seconds to go up 6. :-(

Re: AE Gameday 11/25
The whole two games and two days thing helps out too.
I'd like to think of the quality of SBU play at their absolute best against a team like U Conn more indicative of their 1st half performance. Will we see this every time? No. But if we see it more often than not, I think we have a solid chance of having a fantastic season - maybe championship caliber. |

Re: AE Gameday 11/25
Congrats Maine- nice W at home against Siena.
SBU had a terrific overall effort against UConn and really challenged them. UConn stopped playing around in the second half though. UConn was missing RJ Evans as well today- big contributor for them. Coley/Brenton/Warney all looked good and I thought Mayo looked good in first half as well. Solid day overall for AE.

Re: AE Gameday 11/25
Just looked at the play by play and uconn' s last 8 fg's were 3 point shots, not one 2pt fg. All in the last 10:44 after the score was tied 39-39. Good effort looks like they played tough. Hopefully they can carry this the rest of the way.
