Also, EcasadoSBU is pretty crazzy for the "Brook" if you haven't noticed. (No offense EcasadoSBU, nothing wrong with a superfan)

Re: AE Gameday 12/1
UMBC wins 66-62.
Cook (22pts) and Roseboro (19/10) with monster performances. Big win for this team, but Getz appears to have an ankle injury. Last edited by umbc32244; 12-01-2012 at 07:57 PM. |

Re: AE Gameday 12/1
Excellent wins by Hartford, Albany, and UMBC in the night games!
Nice job UMBC beating Towson!

Your homerism blinds you. A team like Vermont losing to Rhody is a bad loss... No way around it. But with that said I'm sure UVM will bounce back Edit: Just read that it was more of a tongue-in-cheek type of comment so my apologies for taking in serious

Pretty sure if SBU lost to them no one other than SBU Fans themselves would call it a bad loss though. |

Re: AE Gameday 12/1
I would love to see suny-sb play rhode island. I dont see SB beating them at rhode island.
Since when is losing to an A10 team on the road a bad loss. This was a 50/50 game going into it. The way UVM loss was bad but the losing to a team like that is not. A bad loss is like losing to Sacred Heart at home. Sacred heart has loss to hartford and Brown. URI worst loss was at George Mason. |

Re: AE Gameday 12/1
On another topic...nice win by UAlbany. They look like the class of the AE right now. Also, that win over Siena has Saints fans on the ledge. All you Albany fans should go on their message boards and check out what they are saying. They want Mitch fired tomorrow! They're dying after being 0-3 to the AE!

Re: AE Gameday 12/1
here's a little synopsis of the URI games so far this year (from a URI fan)
Norfolk St- led most of the way, got tired at the end and ended up losing Virginia Tech- Only game we haven't been in at all Ohio State- was in the game the entire way, was between a 2 and 7 point game then entire second half Seton Hall- should have won this one, up 8 with 3 minutes to play and only scored 1 point the rest of the way Loyola- again led the entire game, up 3 with 10 seconds left and they hit a 3 and won in OT Auburn- won in double OT including being down 3 with 9 seconds left in the first OT George Mason- played awful in the first half trailed by 16, then went on a 16-0 run and was a back and forth the rest of the way, missed a 3 at the buzzer to send it to OT Vermont- finally started putting it all together today and won fairly easily URI Stats: Offense: 59.75 ppg Defense: 64.50 ppg (yet to give up 70 in regulation and took Auburn 2OT to get into the 70s)
