Starting this a bit early, because ALL NINE TEAMS ARE IN ACTION. Where's my Drudge Report siren light?

Every one of these games is a reasonable winner. This year's OOC is so much better than last year already I'm hoping for 9-0.

Not that any team would ever be looking for "payback" against a team like Eastern Illinois, but Maine and Stony Brook both got jopbbed at EI last season. Would be nice to get that win back over them.

I am just hoping the AE can win the 2 road games at the "peer league" maac. They won't be easy.
If those 2 happen and the league can "steal" a road win out of the other 2 road games and take care of business in most of the home games, I'll be more than happy even without reaching the unrealistic 9-0

Agree that it won't be easy. St. Pete is much improved. I think Albany wins but unfortunately BU loses

So to sum it up, Sagarin says 6-3. I'd be happy with that although I think its a half full estimate.

Another way to project is to use realtime.com for the probability of winning each of the 9 games, then sum the probabilities to get the likely number of W's:

Albany: 0.40
SBU: 0.88
UVM: 0.61
UNH: 0.75
Hartford: 0.55
Maine: 0.14
BU: 0.58
UMBC: 0.71
Bing: 0.47

Sum = 5.09

so, the best bet is that AE will win 5 of tomorrow's 9 games.
