Don't take my jests as wanting you gone. I would hate for anyone to leave these boards. We need more interest, not less. Ive just found that for the past month everytime I saw your name I knew - without a shadow of a doubt, that your post was going to denegrade and downplay the conference RPI and/or speak to how the AE has NO chance to avoid the play in.

If Maine could win the conference tourney and win a Play-in Game, I would celebrate like they just won the GD National Championship!!! Obviously that wouldn't be enough for Nostrajimmy, but oh well.

I still don't see anything wrong with the first round game except its acronym. UVM did something in that game that they could not do in any other. They made Bobby Knight cry.

Unfortunately that comes with losing to the likes of Monmouth, Mt St. Marys, Dartmouth, Brown etc... etc...

It's not UVM's fault that these cupcakes are on the schedule for designed wins, yet end up as losses by low level jokes like UMO & Bingo. All aboard, the next train to Dayton is pulling out.

How many wins since they became UCONN? Those you can claim, because the others were against your sister AE/Yankee conf Connecticut foe.

Basketball should have FBS vs FCS distinction similar to FB, because there's D1 and then there's sub D1 (i.e. AE conf and many other weaklings)

It's a joke these weak conf even get an AQ, when more than half the field in the NIT is much better than these PIG conferences in the first place.

Real conf like the IVY have to fight & claw to win the conf. AQ. You guys could go 0-29 and still have a shot at The Dance.

Basically the AE AQ is no different than receiving Gov't Cheese.

Big difference, as UMO has never won as much as a conf title in it's entire history, which is the longest strek of futility of any D1 (debateable) program in college basketball history.

Have you been slighted by the AE in the past?

I for one don't pay attention to thing I fell are insignificant - you on the other hand seem obsessed with putting down the AE.

The great Lou Holtz said "You are never as good as they say you are when you win and you are never as bad as they say you are when you lose." I think people need to think about this more. I see a lot of people overhyping after 1 win and the world come crashing down on 1 loss.
