Yep. Irving missed a jumper at the buzzer trying to draw a phantom foul on Harvard.

Tough loss but Harvard is a tough team especially at home.

Irving hit a nice jumper with 19 secs left to take the lead, Harvard came right back and made a shot with 5 secs left, Irving missed a decent look as time expired. Not much you can do.

SBU up and probably the winner. Bing does not win. Bing didn't look bad on TV. They looked like a real D1 team against a better D1 team.

Re: AE gameday 12/11

If you would have told me Laurent Rivard would only take 3 shots and score 3 pts I would have said BU by 12.

Off the top of my head, that's 3 games where BU has lost because they couldn't defend the opponent's last possession.

He slipped... Happened right in front of me, his feet went out from under him

Really? Disregarding the fact that they played the #3 team in the country, I thought they played poorly.

Re: AE gameday 12/11

I get what he's saying. Michigan is the superior talented team and made Bing look pretty bad as they would all AE teams, but Bing actually looks like a basketball team and tries to play like one. They didn't under Macon for the most part.

I'm not doubting you Sam, but he must of slipped a couple of times earlier in the game too. It looked real similar to a certain 4 pt play. I counted a least 3 horrible flops by BU just during the second half alone. Dieudonne had one in the lane that resulted in a travel being called on Smith as well. I just have an unreasonable hatred for the flopping that goes on in college basketball right now. I hate it when our players flop as well. Looking at you Apfeld. Refs have a hard enough time calling a game without all the bad acting.

Still was a good shot for having to go the entire floor...kinda close to going in.

On the Dieudonne play you're talking about, it wasn't so much a flop as he pulled the chair out from behind the big guy who was pounding him down, resulting in him falling backwards and the travel -- that's a play I actually like
