Re: Dartmouth vs UVM 12/12/12
Wow- Golden just got a wide open look from 3. UVM just caught a HUGE BREAK. How the F did he get that wide open?
They were awful again and deserved to lose that one. Luckily, unlike the Towson game, they didn't.

Re: Dartmouth vs UVM 12/12/12
The problem I see with the defensive rebounding is people are not putting bodies on people. I see a lot of UVM players collapsing around the hoop instead of finding their man. You put a body on him at the ft line and dont let them crash the glass. A game I played in the Vermont aau state tourney first shot the other team took I boxed the corner 3pt shooter out of bounds. PUT A ****IN BODY ON SOMEBODY.

Re: Dartmouth vs UVM 12/12/12
UVM has talented offensive players but it really lacks players that can create and make something happen when things aren't working. Blue is really the only one I see capable of doing it- everyone else needs to score via the offense getting them free or in their specific spots. Sandro showed he could early on, not sure where he's been lately though.
Hector Harold can't get eligible soon enough.

Re: Dartmouth vs UVM 12/12/12
I thought Voelkel was going to continue his aggressive play after that early 3. I was getting really excited. The rest of the game he tried to drive and passed up open 3's. I'm not sure who tells him he is good at driving. He got picked again on the drive today. He needs to turn his offensive game into shooting 3's. He had plenty of opportunity to and I'm not sure why he didnt shoot another 1 for the rest of the game.

Re: Dartmouth vs UVM 12/12/12
I still can't believe how bad we were on the boards against THAT team- but again, the Turnovers just make me lose my mind.

Re: Dartmouth vs UVM 12/12/12
I doubt anyone eats into Voelkel's minutes the rest of his career, but you better believe Harold is a major contributor to the team next year.
