They're lacking fundamentals. A team with less talent needs to be able to take care of the basics, and they're struggling with that.

That being said, we need to get into conference play where teams are more on our level as far as size and athleticism. This roster isn't constructed for a great OOC.

One of the problems is that teams with bigger, beffier interior players Luke ends up getting abused. Can't do it all himself and Voelkel does all the heavy lifting.

He'll benefit from a strong O'Day and Pierson next season.
