Re: AE Gameday 12/30
I stopped watching the bing game at half when Cornell was up 41-26 thought it was all but over. Just looked at the stats and we only lost by 2 points that's not a bad come back, too bad we sucked in the first half. Also looked at Reeds stats 23 points and 14 boards that's a Monster game.
Rayner Moquete also had a good game 19 points, nice to see him improving his game. |

Yes, he would. It's a shame what could have been this year...oh well.

Re: AE Gameday 12/30
When I find out I will let you know! I'm assuming maybe injured in practice but I have no idea. All I know is that this was another bad loss for the Wildcats. 4-8 to finish up the OOC is not how I pictured things going this year, the only positive is that now everyone is 0-0 and these are the games that count. The bad part is we have the defending champs on opening night.

Re: AE Gameday 12/30
I think there's about a 5% chance UNH can crack double digits in wins this year.
I expect everyone to just back into a 2-3 zone and wait for them to start chucking 3's like usual. The scary part is, these 2 point losses are when they shoot over 45% from three. Put them back at 30% and it's another 10-14 point loss If only they played Ivy teams every time out, anyone else makes them look horrible |

Re: AE Gameday 12/30
Hey I count the Suffolk win
Being a UNH fan I need every win I can get Sadly I'm beginning to think that maybe the Fast and Wrens of the board are correct and this is not working out with Herrion as coach. I think back to his introduction press conference and he talked about how he was a better coach than his record at ECU showed and that his teams there just couldnt shoot or score the ball. 7.5 years into the UNH experience and that is still true. THat is over 14 years without a winning record. I like the man and have heard him speak he knows Basketball I just can't figure out with what I believe is better talent why were only 4-8, cant shoot ft's, are playing are starters almost 34 mins a night, not using the bench and not running. Maybe a PL or Ivy League guy is what we need seeing that they would know how to recruit with the strict academic standards of UNH. |

Re: AE Gameday 12/30
Good point...and on the contrary, I know coaches at many levels and in other sports who are the opposite who "don't know the game well but can coach kids and know how to get the most out of people." Doesn't seem like Herrion can do either, even though he's a good guy.
