Williams has a lot of talent he just doesn't use it (I don't know why). Last year I thought it was Macon that kept Williams back as a scorer, but now after this year I think the blame has to be placed on Williams. He doesn't create anything and most of the time seems afraid to have the ball. The two games I saw him play live it seemed like right when he got the ball he just wanted to get rid of it, he didn't even look at the basket. When he does try to score he does with a good percentage as we saw during the AE championships last year. It looks like he made a little noise yesterday (I didn't see the game). He baffles me as a player. Someone needs to inject him with some confidence.

I understand he's had some back problems. He needs to be in the starting lineup for sure.
