Like I said I've seen multiple people still play with a tooth knocked out. That being said it seems like it was more than a tooth so that explains everything. The blood is in your mouth. Swallow it and keep playing once it stops bleeding badly.

I wonder if his mouth situation had anything to do with BU coming out at half with more intensity than UVM.

You're still not getting it. He sat because he was still bleeding bad enough that the officials or his coach would not let him return to play. He had no choice in the matter. Players play when the coach puts them in. Otherwise, they sit. It's not like a game at the playground.

Is anyone disappointed that Robinson didnt come back in after losing a tooth. I have seen multiple people keep playing after losing a tooth and they weren't getting paid with a college scholly. I broke a tooth playing once. I did stop playing but it was a pick up game and I needed it fixed asap with prom -uvm4life20
You just don't have any COMMON SENSE - I am glad you're a tough guy but every injury is different. If the kid could play he would have if the Coach/Training Staff didn't think he should then it's out of the players hands.

UVM4life is coming from a perspective most of us simply cannot relate to. He has apparently played many a pick up game even after his lobotomy.

How am I not getting it? I said if it was more than losing a tooth I understand why he didn't. You guys don't know the kid would of came back if he was cleared. I think at some point somebody would ask him if he thinks he can step back out on the floor if it was possible. NOT every kid goes back out on the floor.

I stand by my original statement. IF he only lost a tooth he should go back out on the floor. It seems like he didn't JUST lose a tooth so it's fine he didn't go back out on the floor.

Hopefully Watson won't "cut down on the boners" too much. He is in college afterall

This is the second person who has jumped on me. I guess ffts and the other guy think he is a top 100 recruit and had a great game today. Can somebody jump on them for those statements?
Ahhhhhh. You sound like the same guys that jumped on JJ Barea his Freshman year when he came in rated Top 100.

Top 100 means you have a target on your back.

Mo Watson is a FRESHMAN with a dozen or so college games under his belt!!!! Typical knee jerk. I agree with FFTS who will forget more about assessing basketball talent than you will ever remember.

Mo is the 16th top rated freshman point guard in the country and I can sit in Case gym and easily project what kind of great player Mo will some day become.

Sadly, it's a necessary evil though to get NB field built. The field is slated to open Fall 2013, so this should only be a one-year issue, but it's a huge mess. Just wait until the big indoor track tournaments are happening at the same time as a Saturday or Sunday bball game, combined with the students being back, it's going to be a vortex of feces!
Maybe I'm just overreacting but I think it's completely offensive and totally disrespectful to a lot of people- mostly the players and coaches.

If I was a BU season ticket holder I'd absolutely tell them to F off this season. Tickets will certainly still be there next year.

UVM Hoop Cat - you are lucky you are a free man today. Making your kids watch Rusin go 0-9 is probably considered a form of child abuse. You need to make sure your nanny is around to watch them before going to another game.

Since I want to go to games, I wouldn't give up my tickets, but, all that said, I agree, it's really a shame.

Sadly though, whomever makes these sorts of decisions doesn't seem to think a lot of those things through...see scheduling Women's Basketball at 5PM the same night as a Men's hockey game at 7PM last night.

It'll be worth it for the new field, but the lack of a better plan for dealing with the changes is just annoying.

Yeah, you're a good man for not letting it bother you and supporting the program. People like you deserve better treatment from BU athletics. Silly that there's a brand new arena a stone's throw down the road with a parking garage and players, coaches and loyal fans are subjected to going to a venue that's in a city and there's zero parking. Such a joke.
