Not only haven't I found any, but I see that the not-for-free video feed is per-game, so they're charging the women's and men's games separately (as opposed to one of those 24-hour ones).

On the bright side, nice article about UVM's Luke Apfeld having ceded his starting spot to Clancy Rugg:
Quote:
Apfeld: OK being swept under Rugg
Captain a bench catalyst after injury

Luke Apfeld missed five games because of a sprained ankle.

There was no bruised ego, however, when it resulted in him losing his starting spot on the University of Vermont mens basketball team.

UVMs junior captain will come off the bench for the foreseeable future and play behind junior forward Clancy Rugg, whose game soared to greater heights when he became a starter in Apfelds absence. Rugg averaged 17.5 points in the five games the Catamounts were without Apfeld.
...
UVM coach John Becker said he met with Apfeld prior to his return to the lineup and explained he was keeping Rugg in the starting lineup.

Luke just took that in stride, Becker said. He knows hes going to play a lot of minutes and knows hes going to be in at the end of the game. Hes a selfless guy; this is a selfless team.

Re: UVM @ UMBC

Just did some looking and this years UVM team is the worst offensive team they've had in the past 10+ years. Only season that is really comparable is the year after Coppenrath and Sorrentine graduated, and that team averaged 3 more points per game than this one. Goes to show how much defense can matter. I think the lack of a guy to create shots for themselves when the team really needs is the only thing holding this team back from being special.

PPG doesn't judge how good you are on offense. Offensive efficiency does.

Re: UVM @ UMBC

Just got the game. $6.95 isn't that bad. Hopefully this starts off a good Saturday for sports. Going to the Denver @ Colorado College game tonight.

exactly...I bet that team with trimboli in 2006 had a lot more possessions per game than this time. Take into account this team slows it down much more, they probably have more points per possession if you look at that stat.

Coach just said in the pre game show that Candon didn't make the trip. Everyone else is available. A few guys still well less than 100%

Crenca had an ankle injury but is getting better and playing today. Rusin is back home rehabing. BK isn't practicing much but is playing. Apfeld is getting better.

True, the other stats are all down as well. Just selected that one as it seemed to be the most basic one.

Holy cow, UVM not shooting well. Neither is UMBC, fortunately (for Vermont).

I can't tell if this is a basketball game or a promotional video for Habitat for Humanity. So many bricks.

Not a smooth start by either team. Combined both teams are 3 for 17.

Re: UVM @ UMBC

The UMBC announcers don't seem to be paying strict attention to what's happening on the court. UMBC gets the rebound off an Apfeld miss... what? oh, he didn't miss. Apfeld scores.
