Re: SBU at Hartford 2pm
Taylor Coppenrath is an all time great.................for the AE. He wouldnt be considered great in D1 in general. When talking about AE players we compare them to AE players or atleast conferences along the same tier.

Re: SBU at Hartford 2pm
First time I saw Hartford live I thought Nwakamma was a nice player. smart, patient and he beat the crap out of Mcallister. But for gods sake when he catches on perimeter pressure the hell out of him and make him dribble. He was a match up problem for SBU. When Brenton guarded him he shut him down completely. But when matchups prevented Tommy from guarding him he FEASTED on Mcallister and took it to Warney. SBU perimeter players did a terrible job on screens and they looked confused. Just a horrible day for SBU but not unexpected considering the circumstances. I came away very impressed with Hartfords effort
Gallagher should be coach of the year from watching his team play. They are not very talented but work their arse off and are very physical. They absolutely get the most out of their talent. All in all Hartford physically and mentally pushed SBU all over the court. |

I agree with that, every other coach did what was expected of him, or less. I think Hartford is the only team that went above expectations (maybe UMBC as well but that is a different stituation.) |
