But - and correct me if I am wrong - you seem to have a lot more anger this year directed at the current staff, than you did at Monroe during previous seasons, and he is the person who dug them into this inescapable hole... My only point is, the team has been playing hard all season long, which is more than they did during the previous three seasons. The talent just isn't there, other than Cook - who was an uninvited walk on - Plummer (who, after 2 years under Monroe has no clue how to play team basketball), Roseboro (who is hurt) and Getz, this is a D3 level team as far as talent - and not a good D3 team. They were in this whole before the start of the season, and based on talent, they should be getting crushed on most nights. I just think a lot more of your blame should be directed at the Captain who piloted the ship into an iceberg, as opposed to the crew who had to take over and start bailing water and trying to keep it afloat... Re: UMBC @ Stony Brook 2/19
He screams D2 to me: can't create his own shot for the life of him, and for a "shooter" his percentages have never been particularly impressive. His four year 3-pt%: 31.1, 31.3, 30.8 and 34.6... if you're a one-dimensional shooter at the DI level, you've got to be a better shooter than that...

Re: UMBC @ Stony Brook 2/19
Neller doesnt really have people to create for him to get a shot off. He has been forced to do to much his whole career. I'm not even saying he should be a d1 starter. He could of been a great 4 year back up shooter for some schools. There is a lot of shooters who can't create their own shot. A lot of shooters would look bad in Monroe's offense and with the talent around him. His 34.8% is pretty impressive this year given the volume he shoots 3's at. He is leading the conferene is 3's per game I'm pretty sure about.
